VOODOO MUSIC + ARTS EXPERIENCE 2017
Well well well, I actually have the draft of the blog post I started with photos I took at Voodoo Music + Arts Experience from last year still unfinished. So in order to avoid that happening again, I decided to just not even let it get that far with these this year haha!
I was fortunate enough this year to be working for Voodoo Fest in New Orleans, instead of just being press. I actually had 2 assignments come together for the weekend, one with shooting for JaM Cellars Wine at their marketing activation on Saturday, and one with the C3 Presents (the company that puts on Voodoo Fest) to shoot marketing content all weekend.
I'm really excited to see that they've been using my images on their social media platforms, and can't wait to see them used to help sell tickets throughout the year for next year!
Having these two assignments gave me all kinds of access to photograph some fun stuff! My shot lists consisted of everything from shooting a certain band to shooting the perks of the VIP tent to shooting people in Halloween costumes to shooting beautiful people enjoying wine. Some of my favorite shots are below (you've been warned- there are a lot.)
