I have been so excited to share these photos! A while back, my friend Molly Taylor of Beneath the Bark reached out to me about doing a vintage style fashion shoot to promote her jewelry line. You may remember Molly from a shoot I did with her a few years ago to promote her album release (she’s also a very talented musician!) We shot at Circle Bowl in Baton Rouge which was the perfect nostalgic spot to do a styled shoot.
Molly coordinated the models and styled all the outfits- everyone seemed to be on the same page (and beautiful) which made my job really easy.
I used my 1969 preset from the My Chromatic Presets pack and tweaked it with temperature adjustments to compensate for the neon lighting in the bowling alley. I was really going for a grittier and darker but still colorful 70’s vibe for these photos to compliment the wood grain in her jewelry. I’m really excited with how this shoot came together! See my faves below.
